The reality is most of us don’t grow up with examples of deep loving relationships. Most of us are not taught how to love our bodies, how to engage with our sexuality and how to consciously relate in relationships.

If we want to have thriving sex & love lives we need to learn how to. I’m not here to tell you that you need ME to teach you. You were born already with all of this knowledge inside of you but somewhere along your childhood, teenage and adult years you’ve experienced trauma and tough moments that have scarred you. These moments have left imprints in your mind- body map.

I’m here to tell you that there’s a way to access these old programmings that are dictating how you run these areas of your life. Once you access them you can rewrite them. You can build a healthier relationship with your past that doesn’t control your future.

Through the somatic coaching program I offer, we will go to the depths of your desires regarding sex, love & relationships - the real desires- the ones that lit all of you and find what stuck emotions and beliefs are limiting you from achieving these desires.
